Booking.comへの信頼が揺らぐ経験でした
Pros:

・このクラスのホテルには珍しく朝食付きでした。朝食はビュッフェスタイルでしたが、味が良かっただけでなく、大変清潔で、安心して食事を楽しむことができました。この長所を集客にぜひ活かして欲しいと思いました。
・セントラルバススタンドまで５分以内で、周囲にレストランも多く、食事には困りません。
・チェックイン/アウトの前後で荷物を預かってもらえました。

Cons:

・チェックイン時に予約時より高いタリフレートでの支払いを求められた。
　口コミやチェックイン前に話が出ていたので、強硬に拒否して事なきを得ました。
　一番残念だったのは、チェックインの５・６時間前にBooking.comのカスタマーサービスに
　連絡を入れて支援を求めたのに何の応答もなかったことです。掲載されている条件がいい加減なのを
　放置しているなら、Booking.comは悪質な宿の共犯と言われても仕方がないと思いました。
・Wifiは部屋で利用可と掲載されていましたが、私の場合はフロントでしか使えず、しかも最初は
　「利用不可」と言われたのを強硬に交渉して何とか利用できるようになりました。
・温水シャワーが使えるのは朝６時～１０時の間だけです。
　これは、所持していた５年前のガイドブックにも記載されていましたが、本来は宿泊条件に掲載されてしかるべきです
・朝食が８時からだったので、先のシャワーとも合わせてアジャンターに日帰り観光したい人には
　利用しにくいと思います。早朝から活動したい旅行者のためにシャワーともども早めに利用可能にして頂くと
　随分魅力的になると思いました

Refused to accept committed rate at the time of confirmation of the booking online. Asked for more money for the room booked and confirmed online. This is unethical and illegal. After insistence , accommodated in an inferior quality room than the confirmed room. What action Booking.com is going to take against such hotel? Let me know. Thanks.

Pros:

I stayed 3 nights and nothing happened to make me unhappy and unsatisfied. Hotel is close to Bus station and is perfect if you going to Ajanta, Ellora or Daulatabad on public bus. After exploring Caves for all day you just need a good bed for sleep. Breakfast was included and really good 👍🏻. The staff very friendly.
