Fraud!!
Cons:

The hotel was shut, as it has been under renovation for over 2 weeks, and we were not informed. The contact numbers shared on email were not working. The guests had to book rooms in another hotel, last minute. I need a refund.

My online booking is from booking.com. they wanted offline booking so they can charge high.so despite this I booked online as low price I get .then receptionist told us to wait by giving excuse like booking not showing to them. After 40 min they allotted room that have full of dust and dirt with cockroaches in complemtary. Then I changed my room . Then I order water and I get it after 120 min. After all I recommend no one go there .it is totally wastage of your precious time and money .

Worst ever
Pros:

Worst experience, firstly the mettress was worst, NO FAN in the room, AC is not working also the water is coming out of AC and half of our room is full of water,
No services at all they don't have towel as well, in washroom flush was not working.
Worst experience ever i will never choose FAB hotel

The service and the guy was good and he was very helpful to me giving water and all
