The communication was terrible, but I can understand that and it’s not a big deal.
We had a choice and we ordered a “non-smoking” room, so imagine our surprise when we arrived and found ourselves in a room that smelled like a giant ashtray. The sheets and duvet were filthy, as was the bathroom. The toilet didn’t work, nor did the small water jet next to it... and the foul smell in the room was unbearable!
