The rooms were clean and spatious. The breakfast was good as well.
On the first night our room had a horrible sewage smell. Reception dismissed it as something that “just happens sometimes” and gave us an air freshener, which arguably makes the smell even worse.
We had booked two rooms for two people each but were given separate single beds due to overbooking. Despite asking twice to have the beds put together, nothing was done. I also asked for the ventilation to be left on to help with the smell, but again, no action was taken despite the reception saying that this is ok.
Additionally, the ground-floor rooms face directly onto the parking lot, making it difficult to use the windows at all. (for some light or some air)
