Nothing. The overall experience was extremely disappointing.

Cons:

The staff was extremely irresponsible, unprofessional, and unhelpful. They showed no proper concern for guests or their problems. Communication was poor, and the service was far below what anyone would expect from a hotel. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing.

Pros:

Bubble Beds Kolkata has best location near Kalighat metro station. Very friendly staffs. Clean rooms. Loved it!

Bad,bad very bad.

Nothing, the owner is an arrogant brat.

Cons:

The owner is the most arrogant and disrespectful person I've ever come across. The rooms are dirty and the bathroom is bad. They behave like thugs to intimidate you and rip you off.
