Nothing, the owner is an arrogant brat.
The owner is the most arrogant and disrespectful person I've ever come across. The rooms are dirty and the bathroom is bad. They behave like thugs to intimidate you and rip you off.
Absolutely horrific experiance with the stay, super dirty and damaged rooms
We were given 303-306 rooms on 4th floor and all cealings were broken, bathroom door locks broken

This is a fraud Hotel. They are stating they are located in Park Street when they are really 1.5 kms away. Booking.com is turning out to be a very bad provider of holiday accommodation .

Nothing good. Everything is bad. They cheated on me. Booking.com said that it handed 5135 inr. But they charged me 5907 inr. Every where top to bottom lies.I never even come back to kolikata.

The room was not clean.. it was been booked 1 week before. Once I reach they were providing me non AC room.. very bad service desiponted.
