It was very close to the bus station and the bus stop which will get you into the city centre is just outside the hotel. The WiFi was reliable and the staff were helpful and welcoming,
There was no hot water in the breakfast room. For someone who doesn’t drink coffee but prefers tea, it was a bit weird. I ended up asking a receptionist to get me some hot water for my tea from the cafe.
The second night I had an infestation of ants in the room, which was quite unpleasant. I love nature but not in my hotel room.
The water tap in the bathroom needs seeing to (room 417). It was leaking, so I had to use one of the two towels provided to prevent a major leak.
