Basically I didn't like anything it's full of dirty and clean less..the bedsheet is full of stains and the bathroom was also not clean

we are exactly disappointed.....and the last thing the people of nirvana residency said that we want to pay 2800 for 2 nights...booking dot com shows us 1350 for 2 nights..Then we asked for what we are paying 2800 for the last 2 nights they said us it's weeknd and the rate of booking .com was a service charge.....we disappointed very well

Your hotel not gave the room and told to pay 12000 though I booked from booking .com.
What is the purpose of using such platform when customer has to return from the hotel and search other hotel to stay at night.
I recommend to shut down these hotel who ask for extra money from customers.
I have taken auto and given charge of 200 for reaching the hotel . I need this money back as compensation.

The staff was asking for Rs 1100 when I have booked the place in “Booking.com” for Rs 820. They are giving random reasons for higher prices.

I think their profile has to be delisted from Booking.com website

There was nothing.

Cons:

They denied our check in and demanded more money to get a check in. He said, cancel it off and go search somewhere else if you don’t want to pay extra. Rude behaviour of the staff!

Staff tried to charge more and got the room very late, atleast half an hour had to argue with them and finally he was trying to negotiate like vegetable market although had paid what was showing on booking not courteous when i did not pay they give me room on top floor withput having key and no one was there to escort the room and wanted to charged for normal water too...

SCAM...SCAM ..SCAM..I booked the room of around 600ra from booking.com, when i reached the person at the reception said he I have to 1350rs to stay ....after showing him the booking also. He was telling me the same thing. It was 12 in the night and had now where to go ... really disappointed from Booking.com that such a platform also you cannot trust. Thank God i did not pay anything before.

I booked collection o Nirvana in 1226 Rs for two days but when I arrived at hotel, they demanded 3200 rs for two days and showed me updated price on booking.com and booking.com did not update me about price. I had arrived hotel at night and I had no option of staying anywhere so i had to pay 3200 rs.
Booking.com is a fake website. I suggest don't book any hotel from booking.com
