Rooms were good
No window, cutlery only provided if you order food from kitchen
The room was exactly as shown in pictures, nice size with big comfy bed. A/c was working & fan above the bed was nice during the night 👌🏼 bathroom was nice and clean too.
Staff were really helpful & polite especially Akit, he helped bring my luggage to my room and always made sure I had everything I needed or would ask if I needed anything.
Breakfast buffet is great, plenty of choice (hot food, fruit, cereal, tea, coffee, juice)
Would definitely recommend this hotel, great value for money.
Only thing they could improve on is by putting some toiletries in the bathroom (shampoo, body wash, hand soap, toothpaste)

The room was ok and that's all we can say
The hotel itself didn't have accomodation for us. They transferred us to another hotel nearby with a gaeage in the reception and we had to wait long for the room to be cleaned. The room was ok but only one towel, no toilet paper and the shower didn't work properly. And at the end we had to pay more than what was originally established. A bad experience altogether for the last night in India. I don't recommend

Property is at good location but Rooms are very small also TV and AC doesn’t work properly.
Room service staffs are good to help you anything and anytime.
Overall the hotel management and reception team is worst.
I don’t recommend to book this hotel at this cost.

The property was good but could have been better.

Leakage in washroom, drainage sound was throughout the night and it disturbed my sleep whole night. bad mattress, mosquito, spiders and ants on bed, sheets and pillow with bad smell. Pathetic breakfast. Super rude and untrained staff who doesn’t know the meaning of hospitality. staff will start disturbing you from 8 am only wether it is for check out, luggage or whatever reason they create to disturb. Overall pathetic experience.
