Очень мило.
Pros:

Тихий отель в стороне от вокзала и основных дорог. Приятные интерьеры под старину). Приветливый персонал. Хороший завтрак. 5 мин на поезде до Беллинцоны. Около 45 минут на поезде до Аутлета в Мендризио.

Gerne wieder! Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem guten Service
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und das Hotel ist sehr sauber und schön! Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb des Stadtzentrums, ist aber dementsprechend Ruhig.

Cons:

Der Parkplatz für das Fahrzeug kostet CHF 12.00 Extra.

Pros:

Es hat alles geklappt… von der Reservierung bis zur Abfahrt . Gut gelegen, mit Parkplatz Möglichkeit, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Essen (Frühstück und Nachtessen), saubere Zimmer und gute Internetverbingung.

Pros:

Zona tranquilla e comoda all'autostrada. Camera spaziosa, silenziosa, materasso e cuscino molto confortevoli. Ho cenato al ristorante dell'hotel, dove la scelta è limitata ma la cura delle pietanze è estremamente attenta. La cena è andata oltre le aspettative, piatti ricercati creati con materie prime semplici e di alta qualità. Personale cordiale e disponibile.

Cons:

Essendo hotel, ristorante e bar non sono molto chiare le indicazioni quando si entra nella struttura e ho vagato un po' per le sale del ristorante. Non è stato un problema perché la struttura è piccola e piacevole da vedere, ma è un suggerimento per migliorare il primo impatto del cliente.
