Hotel should be deregistered immediately
Pros:

Room was not allotted saying it is not available because already given to other guests. Finally, we searched hotel for three hours and paid more. Neither hotel, oyo or booking.com bothered. I requested for help multiple times.

Cons:

Not clean. No hot water, no TV, No AC, No room service. Dusty area. My amazon account got hacked when opened my computer using this hotel's wifi. Very Scary to be here.
