Fantastic location, value for money, clean spacious rooms
Pros:

I found this Hotel on booking.com, and was sceptical about it, but location was great and the rooms looked spacious and well appointed. I booked it, and I was very pleasantly surprised when I checked in. It was a big beautiful room, which was quiet in spite of being right off the main road in the up market South Extn area of New Delhi. It is a safe area with the best shopping and eating right outside. The hotel staff is friendly and nice. Highly recommend you stay here. I will be staying here again when I visit for work next time. Fantastic value for money!

This place is a scam, it is fraud

While booking i had mentioned that my arrival timing would be from 1 AM to 2 AM, yet when i reached the place at 1.30 AM, all lights were off, the doors locked and there was no one at the gate. There was no bell to ring, i tried calling their number, which went to IVRS on a neverending loop. I knocked the gate but no one turned up. I stood there till 2 AM in the night , with dogs barking on me. Very unprofessional, its a scam.

Pathetic customer support from Fab hotels..
Pros:

The caretaker took extra care to arrange early breakfast for me.

Cons:

The Fab customer care representative was very rude.. when I complained reg unavailability of breakfast, he said that I hardly paid Rs 200 for breakfast, it's not that relevant. He also said that if I complained more, he will cancel my entire booking without refund. With such rude reps,I don't think I will ever do a booking from Fab hotels website...

Great value!!
Pros:

Stayed here solo for a weekend. The room was compact, but the bed was comfortable and the environment was peaceful. Great value overall.
