Pros- Hygiene is well maintained. Complimentary breakfast buffet with strong wifi connection in room. Decoration is nice. Cleaning staffs r very responsive and ready for anytime u want them to clean room and washroom. Reception guy is very helpful. Security guard uncle and all other staff seemed well mannered.
It was nice family Hotel in paharganj and budget friendly. Receptionist Mr. Alam was very helpful person and rooms were ready and clean at the time of checkin. Washroom size was good enough and 24 hours water was there. Towels were not so clean and only two towels were provided insted of four as we booked the hotel of 4 family members.
Otherwise it was a nice hotel.
The property is not as per money paid. It was not clean.

Just to clarify, this feedback is from the perspective of a German traveler and the issues mentioned might be considered minor for some.
Air Conditioning: The AC was initially not working; however, after requesting assistance, the staff partially fixed the issue. Additionally the AC has no remote, so you always have to press the button on the AC.
Communication Barrier: The hotel staff had very limited English skills, and overall there seemed to be little international orientation.
Hotel Staff: While some members of the team were helpful, in general, the staff gave the impression that they did not care much about the guest experience.
Noise: We were disturbed at night by hotel personnel speaking loudly. Once again, it seemed that maintaining a quiet, restful atmosphere was not a priority for the staff.
Smaller Issues:
The toilet seat was loose and not properly attached.
After showering, the bathroom floor would flood due to poor drainage design.
The bedsheets had been torn prior to our arrival and, instead of replacing them, the staff simply tied them together with a knot.
Room is cleaned and well maintained.
Very bad experience to us. there behaviour is very rude. always put up the lift. steps is very dangerous there was no railing it is difficult to old age people and childrens. there is no supply hot water.you can bring anything they will charge double of the cost 2 litre water bottle cost they will charge 60. room is not clean regular.
