Rooms are not clean I booked ac but they given me non ac room staff is very bad
We got a call from the property saying that the booking was not confirm. I was asked to make a part payment and even after that the booking was not confirm. no one from the hotel was contactable to confirm the facts. got scammed.

Absolutely nothing
Checked in with minimum expectations as the prices were as low as 400 but it was so bad that I decided to loose the money and checked out immediately as both room options shared were very very dirty and full of dust and foul smell including the bed and bedding which was so untidy and unhygienic that I changed to a different hotel.
I booked a room in your hotel at rs1000 but when we come to your hotel you charge extra 308
