Disappointing considering the value for money!
Pros:

I enjoyed the room , very comfortable with an amazing view. The lounge is also stunning and the food was great although quite repetitive.

Cons:

The main facilities were restricted to wearing swimsuits. The only place you could wear a swimsuit was on one floor, which only had a dry sauna and a not-so-hot outdoor swimming pool. Therefore, you could not use the full facilities unless you were comfortable going in with just a towel.

struttura particolare quasi sospesa nel bosco

Cons:

piscina (con costume) con acqua troppo fredda, quell’area andrebbe migliorata, colazione alla mattina una sola scelta di brioche troppo poca per un 5 stelle

Non all'altezza delle aspettative.
Pros:

La struttura è bellissima e le camere sono straordinarie, sebbene non ci siano cuscini rigidi in camera ed il bagno non abbia una finestra. Lo staff è cordiale ma personalmente sono andato in questo hotel solo ed unicamente per passare due giorni di relax con la mia fidanzata all'interno della loro spa. Il problema è stato che la spa era accessibile solo per persone "nude" e questo ha provocato "disagio" alla mia ragazza che mi ha chiesto di non accedervi e così abbiamo fatto, mentre al piano -1, dove si poteva stare in costume, la temperatura dell'acqua era tiepida e l'idromassaggio scarssissimo, quasi non funzionante e pochissimo presente appunto. Massimo rispetto per le regole dell'hotel, ma potevano benissimo comunicarlo sul loro sito e qui su booking che il 90% della spa era accessibile per persone senza costume e uno da li si sarebbe organizzato, per esempio, io non sarei andato in questo caso. La cosa che mi è dispiaciuta di più, infine, è che ho chiesto uno sconto via email, avendo avuto un soggiorno non alla altezza delle mie aspettative e mi è stato negato dalla struttura, non si sono offerti neanche di offrirci un drink! non me lo aspettavo da una struttura come la loro essendo un hotel 5 stelle. Potevano benissimo trattarci sicuramente meglio.

Pros:

In diesem wunderschönen 5 Sterne Hotel stimmt einfach alles. Von der Lage, über die Zimmer, die Einrichtung, der Spa-Bereich, alles ist top.
Die Mitarbeiter sind überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist köstlich und sehr vielfältig.
Wir konnten dem Alltagstress in dieser Ruhe-Oase wunderbar entfliehen und fahren komplett entspannt und zufrieden wieder nach Hause. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Kulinarische Verzauberung mit professionellem und sehr zuvorkommendem Personal in einem top Hotel
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren qualitativ gut, dem Hotel entsprechend in Holz gestaltet und waren sauber. Der Balkon bot eine zusätzliche Möglichkeit sich zu verweilen. Das Nachtessen war sehr vielfältig (7-Gänge bei HP) in top Qualität, super lecker und immer frisch und auf den Punkt gekocht und fantastisch hergerichtet. Die Grösse der einzelnen Gänge war genau richtig bemessen. Auch das Frühstück war extrem vielseitig und ausgiebig und liess einfach keine Wünsche offen. Dieses Küchenteam ist einfach wow 🤩 Der Service war perfekt ohne wenn und aber! Ein ganz grosses Bravo an "Simon" (er ist in Ausbildung!) welcher uns während unseren Aufenthalt im Service betreut hatte und mit seiner angenehmen und coolen Art unseren Urlaub zusätzlich verzauberte. Natürlich war das ganze Hotel-Team sensationell, da gibt es nichts zu rütteln und wir sind verwöhnt - grosses Bravo an ALLE bis und mit Frau Huber 😉 (Owner Family-Management) welche wir auch noch kurz kennenlernen durften einfach eine tolle Truppe! 👏 👏 👏

Cons:

Suite 301: Die Stoffkissen auf dem Bettsofa haben nicht frisch gerochen, Matratze im Doppelbett war viel zu weich, kein kleiner Abfalleimer im Bad (nur auf der Toilette im anderen Raum) und die Haarprodukte und Bodylotion haben uns nicht gefallen. TV hatte keine Netflix Möglichkeit. Sonst hat uns das Zimmer gut gefallen.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options in the open buffet. Everything was fresh and delicious, and there was something for everyone.

Cons:

I honestly liked everything about the hotel — there wasn’t anything I didn’t enjoy.

Ein Schlemmerurlaub auf höchstem Niveau!
Pros:

Dieses Hotel ist wirklich etwas besonderes! Man merkt, dass hinter diesem familiengeführten Hotel eine Mission steckt: Ein die Sinne verwöhnender Urlaub im Einklang mit der Natur. Es gibt jeden Tag ein wechselndes Menü, sogar für vegane Gäste. In diesem Menü werden jedoch nicht nur die unendlichen Leckereien des Tages angekündigt, sondern man findet auch kleine Geschichten zur Herkunft handverlesener Produkte, wie das selbst angebaute Olivenöl, den preisgekrönten Kaffee oder die Biomilchbauern der Umgebung. Es gibt jeden Tag auch besondere Aufgüsse in der Sauna, Yogastunden oder Wanderungen in der Umgebung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und gibt einem das Gefühl, dass sie nur für einen da sind. Wir haben jeden Abend und jeden Morgen mehrere Gänge gegessen. Das Essen ist wirklich ausgezeichnet! Das Hotel ist auch sehr hundefreundlich. Die Saunalandschaft lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Schließlich ist der Ausblick auch einfach traumhaft und in der nahe gelegenen Stadt Brixen lässt sich wunderbar shoppen und essen!

Cons:

Das Handyverbot in der Saunalandschaft sollte besser durchgesetzt werden.
