Was OK, but won’t hurry back.
Pros:

The food was very nice, the girls on bar were very nice and friendly the room clean. The breakfast each morning was great

Cons:

It was very noisy as is on the main road, the room wasn’t serviced e.g. general tidy, replenish tea coffee milk had to ask for fresh towels. Didn’t have a plug in the bath when went to ask for one felt like we were an inconvenience for asking for assistance. The photos in the booking were obviously taken a few years ago, the room looked tired and needs a spruce up.

Pros:

Location, food, comfortable beds and room. My favourite place to stay in Bridgetown having stayed there 4 or 5 times.

Cons:

The bathroom door was loose on its hinge and was an effort to shut properly, and open quietly in the night.
A heater in the bathroom would be lovely.

VERY POOR EXPERIENCE

It's central location.

Cons:

Initial greeting was unfriendly. Reluctant to provide wifi code. Unaware of 2 steep flights of stairs to access room, when booking, which were difficult for a 72 year old to navigate. Room furnishing was shabby. BUT the reason I made this booking was because it offered a spa bath. Not only was the spa non operational, there wasn't even a plug to enable the use of a conventional bath..

I had a pleasant stay.
Pros:

The accommodation was clean and comfortable and the dining room menu looked good although I didn't get a chance to dine at the hotel, as there was a meal provided at the funcion I attended in town. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

I didnt realise there was no lift and so managing luggage up and down the stairs was a bit of a challenge.
At breakfast no-one could work the coffee machine and as it was early there was no staff available to ask for assistance.
I forgot to ask if there was WIFI and I couldn't see an information folder in the room. Such a source of information would be helpful.

The accomodation is tired and needs upgrading. Staff were lovely.
Pros:

Overpriced for a tired and very basic accomodation

Cons:

Bed spread old and full of stains. Bed head is damaged, tattered and needs to be replaced. Booking.com quoted one price and Bridgetown charged me more. Inconsistent and deceptive.
