Very loud & weirdly short ceilings.
Cons:

Extremely loud & could heart the restaurant workers below our floor slamming doors until about 10pm+. Also right off the busy street so also very loud from all of that noise, but you have to leave the windows open to cool the room off. If you are taller than 6’2”, you will not fit in the rooms either.

Juste un endroit confortable pour dormir, pas d'expérience hôtelière.
Pros:

la chambre était joliment décorée, spacieuse et très propre. L'hôtel est situé en plein centre donc une fois que la voiture est garée au parking de l'hôtel à côté tout peut être fait à pied.

Cons:

Ce n'est pas un hôtel puisqu'il n'y a pas de personnel, pas de réception, aucun service. La pièce commune au chambre avec une machine à café uniquement (pas de thé, pas d'eau à disposition) et la machine ne fonctionnait pas. Pour le prix de plus de 300.- CHF par nuit, on peut s'attendre à plus. Pourquoi ne pas mettre au moins une machine à café dans la chambre puisqu'il n'y a pas de service?

Great last minute spot - amazing staff, a few creature comforts not available
Pros:

Great location - amazing and very accommodating staff.

Cons:

There was no mini fridge and no air conditioning. Unfortunately it was very hot during our stay - a small fan was made available which helped.

Pros:

Very friendly staff. Very warm reception. Were offered drinks at arrival. Half price reduction on all transport in grindelwald incl cable carts and mountain trains. This makes a huge difference.

Cons:

Nothing. Small issues were solved instantly.
