Great location, staff at the partner hotel were lovely. Facilities need improving.

Cons:

The staff waiting outside Hôtel Pinte seemed quite unfriendly. No eye contact no smile.
Although the room was large. For the price I would have expected more basic facilities such as a kettle. Also the room had a very strange smell- I think from the drains.

Gut gelegen, vernünftig ausgestattet aber sehr teuer.
Pros:

Das Hotel Pinte ist ein Gästehaus, welches zentral gelegen an der Hauptstrasse von Grindelwald liegt. Alles kann einfach zu Fuss oder per Bus einfach erreicht werden. Die Busstation ist 2min vom Hotel entfernt. Trotz der Lage an der Hauptstrasse sind die Zimmer ruhig. Das Pinte wird durch das Hotel Bergwelt betrieben, wo auch das Check-in und die Garage sind - beides unmittelbar nebenan. Das Pinte ist ein traditionelles (Gäste-)Haus, welches renoviert wurde. Die Zimmer sind zwar eher klein aber zweckmässig, schön renoviert und sauber. Zudem sind die Zimmer gut ausgestattet (gutes Bett, Shampoo, Dusch-Gel, Tücher, gute Heizung, etc.). Das Hotel Bergwelt ist ein fancy-4-Sterne Hotel mit moderner Garage, chicer Lobby und Steakhouse-Restaurant. Für den Abschied haben wir als Dankeschön für den Besuch einen Honig und eine Flasche Wasser für den Nachhauseweg erhalten.

Cons:

Preis-/Leistung ist auf der negativen Seite. Für ein - zugegebenermassen kleines - Doppelzimmer, ohne Frühstück, mit Parkplatz, Kurtaxen und Beherbungssteuer haben wir CHF 769.60 bezahlt, rund 385.- pro Nacht also. Für das Gebotene ist das zu viel. Auch die Parkplätze mit 28.- pro Tag und das Laden des E-Autos ist mit CHF 0.71 pro KW sehr teuer.
Die Kompetenz des Personals ist mittelmässig. Die wenigsten sind Deutsch-sprechend. Ebenso missfallen hat uns, dass die Badezimmer-Tür nur zu ca. 1/3 geöffnet werden konnte. Da sich der Boden des Badezimmer angehoben hatte, stiess diese dort an und konnte nicht weiter geöffnet werden. Als ganz schlecht bezeichnen würde ich das Parkplatzmanagement im Hotel Bergwelt. Zwar hat es eine beträchtliche Anzahl Elektro-Ladestationen, diese sind aber mehrheitlich mit Nicht-Elektroautos besetzt. Das wäre ja kein Problem, wenn das Hotel von allen parkierenden Gästen den Schlüssel übernehmen und die Autos umstellen würde - das machen sie aber nicht. Ebenso suboptimal fanden wir, dass wir nur einen Zimmerschlüssel erhalten haben.
Auslassen würde ich das zum Hotel Bergwelt gehörende BG Steakhouse. Es hat zwar eine tolle Ambiance, ist aber unglaublich teuer und das Essen ist nur mittelmässig.

Im grossen und ganzen recht gut.
Pros:

Das Studio war recht gross.
Eine Kaffemaschine im Zimmer wäre toll gewesen.
Das Warmwasser dauert sehr lange bis es kommt.
Im Aufenhaltsraum standen 2 Tage Lebensmittel ohne Kühlung im Raum.

Cons:

Check in , nicht im Hotel möglich.
Musste im Nachbargebäude gemacht werden.

Die Lage ist fantastisch, sehr zentral, trotzdem ruhig. Es war auch alles sehr sauber. Das Ein- und Auschecken im Bergwelt Resort hat auch wunderbar funktioniert und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war schon sehr klein und die Kissen waren leider sehr unbequem. Eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer wäre schön gewesen. Das hoteleigene Restaurant hatte gar nicht offen. Preis-/Leistung stimmt nicht so ganz.
