Staff was not at all concerned about customers, the moment I checked in he started asking me advance payment even though I reached 8hrs late at 4am.
There was no clarity on how much was the payment, he gave me one number asked me to talk to Fabhotel representative. No basic things in the room when I checked in, I had to ask for towel, water bottle etc. Telephone was not working and I had to literally walk to the reception to order something. No tea bags etc, kettle was kept where there is no plug point. When asked they said u have to take the kettle near to the plug. One day at 10.30pm , I ordered food and got it, the next day plate remains in the room even after cleaning. Next day I ordered dinner around 10 and they simply refused saying kitchen is closed. You don’t get food after 10pm. I had to order through Zomato . Breakfast only limited two/three items as buffet that too if there is occupancy else alacart in the room with limited menu. Attitude of receptionist is poor. Overall rating of 5/10

Over r.5 months of my travel stayed in 16 hotels & resorts, Fab in Kalkaji was the worst hotel i stayed in. Clearly they have bought reviews which is giving 10/10. THEY ARE FAKE PAID REVIEWS!! I was given a superior room but was disgusting, the floor when i walked on made soles of my feet brown with dust on floor, the fan on ceiling had sio much dust, the fridge was OLD & RUSTED,the TV is of 1980's ( No upgrade to Smart Tv) there were 2 working channels, the sette had 3 cigarettes burns with holes and vomit which i showed the staff, the pilliows had been slepft on and the pilliows inside were stained with dark brown and yellow saliva matks, i took images of all the grossly dirty room. The water outlet in sink had never been cleaned, there was layers of dust on the glass shelves. And was given reviews of 10, I woukd not EVEN GIVEN THEM 1. I stayed in 7 hotels of Taj and Laila and they were rated 10. Seeing the hygiene of room and the gross pillows, i was terrified to order food and they had no dinning place, room, fo w s brought to rooms and trays and plates were left in hallways for a day and half. The hall upon return STINKED OF all foods left in hallways with strong aroma of onions. The towels left fifor ower were yellow, frayed and torn!! I demaded a complete change of NEW PILLIOWS, NEW SHEETS, NEW DUVET, NEW TOWELS ALL WHICH I GOT, BUT they floor was mopped without any cleaning products. I told the cleaner off when he used my wet used towels to clean the bath.WORST!!

Cancellation policy is very bad .. I paid for 2 rooms for 5 days .. however I used only 1 room for 5 days and another only 2 days .
I requested for cancellation due to change in my plan but it is not accepted by Fabhotel representative Harpreet Kaur , her response is not good. She itself cancelled my reservation from booking.com a made separate booking from Fabhotel . Due to her lack of open communication , I paid 3 days for 1 room without stay which is not fair.
