Great value for money
Pros:

I have checked in here so I will be able to compare this with The Quarters, Rosey. Location is good and the staff are all friendly, helpful and accommodating. Rooms are clean and free from any foul odor. I like this better than the other branch though the hotel is in one of the inner alleys.

Cons:

The soap provided is about the size of a P20 coin which makes it hard to use for taking a shower. I requested for a hand towel so I can use the soap but I was given a floor mat instead. Brewed Coffee and Green tea are both out of stock. The staff gave instant coffee options which we appreciated but we ended up buying coffee somewhere else. The key card malfunctions - and we lost one and was charged P200 for a non-functioning card. It's our mistake so not arguing on this. We were asked to park in the parking lot even if the street going back is somehow muddy with puddles since it is raining.

Excellent value for money for staying in Sydney
Pros:

Couple of things I liked: because it's an older place, it had a bath, which is just gold after a long travel to get there. Also, because it's older, you can actually open the windows, which means that you can breathe in fresh air, instead of dry Aircon air.

Cons:

Not much, be could have been better, but was still pretty good.

Pros:

Ooohhh, the towels smells great!!! My son enjoyed staying at your place really. He loves the pantry 😁😁

Cons:

I asked for the staff to pick up the trash that's been sitting in the bathroom for 3 days now and they said they were coming. I waited an hour still no sign of housekeeping so I called and cancelled it because I was sleepy waiting for them.

Pros:

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. This was our 3rd stay and they gave us rooms with windows this time. They provide complimentary drinking water in the rooms and a dispenser in the hallway area. Bathroom basic amenities were provided (towels, toothpaste, soap, shampoo and conditioner in saches).

Cons:

It is outdated and needs maintenance. Phones in the 2 rooms we stayed in were both broken. The glass barrier in the shower has a seepage which caused water to reached the toilet area.

It took them an hour to serve incomplete breakfast.
