Waterfall hotel
Pros:

Long drive from Hanoi, but worth it when you arrive. Views from the hotel are spectacular.

Pros:

Le calme et la proximité des chutes
Le linge propre et les serviettes changées chaque jour
L'espace suffisamment grand avec coin salon

Nous n'avons pas du tout apprécié la restauration.
Le petit déjeuner est quelconque

All in all great and friendly service and location.
Pros:

The location is great, close to the waterfall and about 10 minutes away from the caves. Nice bus route straight to Cao Bang from outside the hotel too! Great views and surprisingly cool temperature. Hotel staff were very welcoming and did a lot to make my stay great, and the food at the restaurant was decent and affordable. There is a small market just down the road too for more local things.

Cons:

There is not much to do aside from the main attractions and relaxing.

Very handy for the falls but no convenient stores anywhere local

Very quiet and peaceful had a great room with a view of the falls

A bit of a hike from reception to the room, but I’m an old bloke and the room was at high level for the view

Un bon hotel per la zona que està segurament la millor opció.
Pros:

L’hotel esta ubicat perfecte per veure la Pagoda i les seves vistes amb la posta de sol i les cascades de Ban gioc. Nosaltres vam pasar 1 nit ja que anavem amb moto desde Cao Bang i preferiem disfrutar el dia sense pensar en tornar a la tarda o de nit el mateix dia a Cao Bang.
El personal és amable i vam sopar al restaurant i el menjar va ser abundant i força bò.

Cons:

L’allotjament es nota que va tenir el seu moment de gloria fa temps. En general es veu una mica descuidat o amb falta d’inversió.
L’esmorzar no era gaire bò, la fruita estaba plena de formigues i el personal ho va veure i no ho va retirar o canviar. Tampoc hi habia massa varietat, no obstant era correcte.
No tenien aigua embotellada freda per vendre.
Cal cuidar una mica mes les instal·lacions potser.

Juste en face de la cascade
Pros:

L’emplacement juste en face des chutes parfait. Vous pouvez manger sur la terrasse du restaurant avec la vue sur les chutes. Le cadre est top dépaysant et très calme. Le personnel était très agréable avec nous merci pour l’accueil

Cons:

C’est un peu vieillissant, odeur de renfermé, mais c’est un bon rapport qualité prix. Absence de boisson au verre au restaurant. À prendre en bouteille uniquement c’est dommage.

絶好のロケーション。
部屋もきれい。
食事もおいしい。

Cons:

フロントがもう少し英語を話せたらいいのになあ。今時、翻訳アプリがあるから英語を必要としないかな。
フロントで、チェックアウトのために荷物を部屋まで取りに来るようにお願いしたが、約束の時間に取りに来なかったので、自力で荷物を運んだ。
食堂のウェイトレスが疲れていたのか、まるっきり客のことを考えていない。自分本位だったなあ。
