La ubicación. El desayuno

Cons:

Llegamos y la habitación estaba sin limpiar. La gestión del conflicto fue regular y no tuvieron ningún gesto con nosotros, a pesar de no haber podido entrar a la habitación hasta las 23h de la noche hasta que limpiaron la habitación

Etwas enttäuschend, vor allem, weil das Personal überlastet war. Gute Lage, auch für Exkursionen.
Pros:

Wir sind vier Tage in diesem Hotel gewesen, um am 12.8. die Sonnenfinsternis zu beobachten. Dafür war das Hotel sehr gut gelegen. Die Außenterrasse ist sehr gemütlich und liegt morgens ganz, abends weitgehend im Schatten, so dass es beim Frühstück (inbegriffen) und Abendessen angenehm war, draußen zu sitzen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, aber zeitweise überfordert, leider auch nach dem Ansturm am Tag der Sofi.
Das Frühstück war eher schmal, der Kaffee (Café con Leche) immer lauwarm. Das Essen à la carte war nicht üppig, insgesamt aber OK und seinen Preis wert. Auf ein bestelltes Bier musste man zuweilen 20 Minuten warten.

Cons:

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht, von denen eins mit, das andere ohne Deckenventilator ausgestattet war. Klimaanlagen gab es nicht, oder sie waren wirkungslos. Nachts wird es aber angenehm kühl. Die Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig, da es nur Stellplätze auf der Straße gibt. Aus der Beschreibung des Hotels war das nicht erkennbar.
Zimmer zur Straßenseite erleben den Straßenlärm (Durchgangsverkehr), Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Hotels sind wesentlich ruhiger.

Vacaciones en la naturaleza y con la familia

La ubicación. El aspecto del hotel muy bonito. Parte del personal muy amable, el resto eran muy indiferentes.

Cons:

El desayuno mal organizado si madrugas para realizar actividades no hay ni personal ni alimentos para ello.
Tendrían que mejorar la limpieza y el cambio de toallas, creo que falta personal para ello.
Material defectuoso, imposibilidad de ver la tele.
Al estar cerca de una carretera de paso, por la noche pasaban los vehículos a gran velocidad haciendo por ello mucho ruido. Para evitarlo sería recomendable solicitar algún tipo de regulación de la velocidad.

Unas felices y tranquilas vacaciones

En general estancia y personal a pesar de que se estaban adaptando porque habían cambiado de gerencia una maravilla, servicio de limpieza y cocina perfecto y el resto la atención perfecta el hotel muy bonito y muy céntrico

No hay aire acondicionado la cena calidad buena precio un poco alto y tienen el restaurante debajo de las habitaciones y al no tener aire tienes que tener abierto y no duermes una lastima porque el personal incluido la dueña son super amables y atentos y está muy bien ubicado

Lovely location outside seating area really nice
Food very good

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Although breakfast was in restaurant, coffee came from bar and very little choice from breakfast bar. We must admit the beds and rooms were so quiet and comfortable we slept until 9.15! a real treat so perhaps that was the reason.

Realmente espectacular. Habitación perfecta. Muy limpia, cómoda y completa. Mejor que un hotel de 4 estrellas superior.

Cons:

Me gustó todo. La comida, el personal, la limpieza. Como sugerencia para poner algún pero... Desalojar algunas moscas del comedor cuando estás comiendo.
