Pros:

The staff was very helpful and the room was very comfortable and maybe even the cleanest room we stayed in within two months traveling through Vietnam. We were so happy that we decided to stay further away from the center as it’s so quiet here.

Cons:

The shower took forever to get warm and when warm it was only warmish… but still warm enough to shower

Udogodnienia w hotelu ,które pojawiły sie booking zachecily nas do wyboru tego hotelu. Jednak po przyjeździe okazalo sie ze 90% wymienionych ugodonien nie istniała miedzy innymi animacje dla dzieci, kręgle, fitness, aerobik, kasyno, dj, muzyka na żywo. Nawet w najbliższej okolicy ciezko bylo znaleźć te udogodnienia. Plac zabaw był poza hotelem jednak jest dość stary i zaniedbany. Z racji tego ze przyjechaliśmy z.dzieckiem na dłuższy okres , hotel w ogóle nie spełniał naszych oczekiwań i sie bardzo zawiedliśmy. Po zgłoszeniu problemu personel stwierdził ze nie mogą nic zrobić, wiec.zdecydiwalismy.sie na opuszczenie hotelu po jednej nocy. Przy wymeldowaniu oferowano nam lepszy pokoj, ale to nie rekompensowalo tego ze w hotelu nic z wymienionych rzeczy nie bylo. Personel stwierdził ze nie może oddać nam pieniędzy i mamy kontaktować sie z booking, booking kazał nam.sie skontaktować z hotelem, aby otrzymać zwrot. Jednak hotel juz nie odpowiadał na nasze wiadomości i pomimo rezerwacji na 14 dni a spędzeniu 1 dnia zwrotu nie otrzymaliśmy.
Po jednej nocy spędzonej muszę powiedzieć, ze śniadanie dość słabe, oraz ze w ręcznikach były mole.
Dzień po naszym wymeldowaniu, hotel wykasował wszystkie informacje które były niezgodne z opisem na booking.

Beautiful boutique property
Pros:

Beautiful boutique property, close to the beach and in a quiet location about 10 min from the city centre! We got the family suites with two bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, it was so convenient and comfortable, I absolutely loved this place! The breakfast was great too and the location is so quiet! There is a beach within walking distance and it's very private. Easy cab ride to the city too. Very reasonably priced too!

Pros:

The food was good. Both the western and asian food.
The area was nice and quiet. It's a little weird with the surrounding empty construction sites, but there's no traffic noise and when going for a walk you get the sense that it's a rich part of the city with many nice houses.
The room was so nice, and even though it's not new any more it was comfortably and homey.
The personel was wondeful and really hospitable, smiling and helping with whatever we needed help for.

Cons:

The restaurant is a little windy and thw pool water is freezing.

Отличное место в тихом районе
Pros:

Очень уютный отель в нашем любимом районе Нячанга. Просторные номера, качественные матрасы и подушки, в номерах есть ванны, что нынче редкость. Много разных вариантов завтрака. Персонал максимально вежливый и готовый помочь.

Cons:

Из объективных минусов - днём не было горячей воды. На рецепции посоветовали подождать подольше, но до вечера горячая вода так и не появилась. Впрочем, в этот день был ливень и ветер, возможно, это связано с погодными условиями. В любом случае, на общем впечатлении это не сказалось. Если уж совсем придираться - чай на завтраке мог бы быть покрепче. Наверное, можно было бы попросить пакетик, но мы не стали.

I would definitely stay at this hotel when next in Nha Trang
Pros:

A great quiet location away from the busy city centre. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and very helpful staff. Fantastic pool.

Cons:

Very slow food service and a limited plain menu at the onsite restaurant.
