Really beautiful, clean, calm and cosy hotel which we had opportunity to stay. Our host was so kind and engaged to make our stay as comfortable as she could. Room was really clean, which my wife really appreciate. We visited 7 locations across whole Vietnam, and only here and 5 star hotel in Da Nang have such great cleanliness. Room contains everything which you need, refrigerator, silent air conditioning and fast water heater. It is one of the best choices in price/value ratio in whole Ninh Binh. I would like to mention that it is family business and I really like to support such families🙂

Very good value. Clean and spacious rooms. A little further out of town the other hotels but quiet.

Oanh a été très accueillante avec nous. Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans son établissement, idéalement situé dans Tam Coc.
La chambre était spacieuse et très propre.
Lors de notre départ très tôt, Oanh a eu la gentillesse de nous préparer un petit déjeuner à emporter.

Struttura moderna in posizione ottima a Tam Coc. Bella stanza grande, letto comodo e doccia calda con una buona pressione dell' acqua. Colazione semplice ma fresca e a scelta da un piccolo menù. La proprietaria è gentilissima! Offrono servizi di trasporto e noleggio scooter di cui noi non abbiamo usufruito. Siamo rimasti molti felici di potere fare una doccia prima di salire sul sleeperbus e ci ha anche offerto una bottiglia d'acqua fresca.

There is no luxury but they delivery everything described.

It is a quiet street and 3 minutes walking from the main street. 1 eur grab moto from the main atractions.

Everything was perfect. Staff were especially kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We asked for an early breakfast and the owner happily prepared this for us which we appreciated. The homestay has a very nice aura about the place which we liked a lot - wish we could’ve stayed longer! Highly recommend

During our 3-month stay in Vietnam, this was without a doubt one of the best, if not the best, places we stayed. We initially planned to stay 3 days there but finally spend almost 2 weeks there.

Everything was perfect. The room was spotless, the breakfast was delicious, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The place was peaceful, comfortable, and offered incredible value for money. The location is perfect (2 min walk from city center).

A huge thank you to Oanh and her family for making our stay so special. They welcomed us like family, took us to the local market in Ninh Binh, and even taught us how to cook delicious traditional Vietnamese dishes. It was such a unique and authentic experience that we'll never forget.

We truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. If you're visiting Ninh Binh, don't hesitate to stay here. We can't wait to come back someday. Highly recommended! ❤️

Very good stay at this hotel. We really appreciated the welcome: they allowed us to do a late check-in, which was very convenient for us. The host was very kind, attentive, and always ready to help.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel is also very well located, close to restaurants and shops, so it is very convenient for getting around and enjoying the area.

It is also possible to rent a scooter or a bicycle directly on site, at very good prices.

I highly recommend this place!

The location is convenient, it’s on the Main Street with access to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Would highly recommend the coffee shop a few minutes away(opposite T pub restaurant)

Es war unglaublich schön bei dieser Unterkunft. Wir kamen spät abends an den Feiertagen hier in Vietnam an und hatten Glück, dass das Zimmer noch frei war. Ursprünglich hatten wir eigentlich ein anderes Hotel gebucht, dass aber dann überbucht war.
Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich, freundlich und unglaublich hilfsbereit!
Das Zimmer ist groß und sehr sauber.
Gerne wären wir länger geblieben.

Amazing hotel with incredibly kind owners! My bag was about to break, and one of them kindly fixed it for me, which I really appreciated. The service overall was excellent and made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
