Pros:

Sehr kleines, gemütliches und zweckmäßiges Zimmer, was ich nur zur einer Übernachtung gebraucht habe. Sehr nette Besitzer und sehr angenehme Atmosphäre!

Pros:

Der Manager war total aufmerksam und freundlich.
Hatte etwas Verspätung via Bahn und ich wurde äußerst herzlich empfangen ohne Aufpreis.
Zimmer sehr sauber und kein Schnick Schnack, alles da was nötig.

Cons:

Etwas Fluglärm, aber das ist Frankfurt!

Absolute Warnung vor diesem Hotel!
Cons:

Neben dem verstaubten Zimmer war der Service mit Abstand der schlimmste, den ich je erlebt habe. Der Inhaber trat extrem unfreundlich, herablassend und arrogant auf.
Ich wurde vorab telefonisch in aggressivem Tonfall zurechtgewiesen, wie wichtig es für ihn sei, dass ich spätestens zum vorgegebene Checkin erscheine.
Als ich ihm mitteilte, dass ich nur eine Nacht bleiben würde, wurde mir trotz bereits bezahlter Übernachtung mitgeteilt, dass ich am nächsten Morgen frühzeitig das Zimmer verlassen müsse.
Dieses Hotel kann ich niemandem empfehlen. Wer Wert auf Sauberkeit, Respekt und professionellen Umgang legt, sollte hier auf keinen Fall übernachten!

Мне нужно было где-то остановиться до завтра. Отель "Nello" оказался рядом.
После бронирования я получил приветственное сообщение, а вместо ответа уже был у дверей отеля. Через 5 минут меня встретил сотрудник, оформил моё размещение, я ОПЛАТИЛ проживание наличными(хотя уже видел сумму минуса по карте). Сотрудник объяснил мне, что эти заблокированные средства вернутся мне на счёт. Позднее всё подтвердилось, но возврат может занять до 10 дней, это зависит от работы банка...
Сам номер оказался очень маленький! В номере тепло. Туалеты и душевая - в конце коридора.
И там очень холодно, потому что всегда открыто окно...
В отеле мне очень понравилась комната/ресепшн с огромной стеной с фотографиями звёзд мирового кино!!! Очень понравился молодой человек на ресепшн(я там забыл свою сумку, и он принёс мне её в номер через 5 минут!!!)

Cons:

В соотношении цена/качество "здесь и сейчас" меня всё устроило!!!
Никаких претензий! Спасибо!

Ich habe mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt, durfte mit meinem Hund dort übernachten,, komme gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist geräumig & sauber, das Hotel ist in an der Pizzeria. In der Nähe sind auch ein Kiosk, Bäcker & kleine Fachgeschäfte. Eine Sbahn Station ist 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, man ist innerhalb 5 min. in der Stadtmitte.
