Pros:

Good location close to the main road, about 20 minutes' walk from Venna lake. Smooth check in and check out. Nice view of the hills from the external common space. Villa was very clean and all bathrooms had tubs.

Cons:

Villa was very basic and there was not much view from most of the rooms without compromising privacy (as all rooms are on ground floor and the parking lot is in front of the villa). The property was quite small with a tiny farm and a pool, and no "river" in summer (just a bed of rocks in what may be a small stream passing next to the property). Villa makes sense only for 6-8 people, otherwise not really worth the money.

The location and infrastructure is good and well maintained

Cons:

Rooms can have a refrigerator, better bath fittings, hair dryer etc and hot water round the clock. Also, breakfast and dinner timings can be more flexible.

Location and Strawberry Garden. Room with balcony view was very nice. food/breakfast was decent

Excellent to be opted in Mahabaleshwar.
Pros:

Hospitality and cleanliness

Cons:

Climbing on main road by car is unsafe . Road is needed to be coated with asphalt and one safe landing to be given at the entry on road.
