Хареса ни храната
Особено закуските бяха все едно сме си сготвили вкъщи .Локацията е добра.
Има паркинг.Любезното отношение на персонала в ресторанта и на рецепция.Имахме проблем със сешоара в стаята веднага ни предоставиха друг.

Беше спокойно, приятно и много, много мил и отзивчив персонал.
Pros:

Локацията, просторната стая в която бяхме настанени.

Cons:

Студената вода в басейна. Хотела има нужда от освежаване. Усещаше се леко захабен. Коледната украса навсякъде през август 😉

Доволни сме!
Pros:

Големи стаи, любезен персонал! Чудесна спокойна локация!

Cons:

Много лошо осветление в целия хотел. Много тъмно и създава лоша обстановка. Много студен басейн, видяхме поне 5 двойки дошли да поплуват, които се отказа да плуват заради температурата.

Pros:

Le personnel du restaurant est vraiment très agréable et la nourriture est très bien.
Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La vue sur la forêt de pins était très bien.

Cons:

l’espace détente, pas prêt, sauna, hamam pas allumés.
Je comprends que cela doit coûter de l’argent, peu être demander aux clients s’ils ont l’intention d’y aller et à quelle heure pour pouvoir anticiper cela?

Местоположението е прекрасно, до гората в подножието на Снежанка. Храната беше в умерено количество, но подбрана, вкусна и всеки ден различна. Персонала е любезен и отзивчив.

Cons:

Самата сграда и база са остарели и не създавт необходимия уют. Басейна е леко затоплен, а атмосверата около него е подтискаща- слабо осветление, вехти шезлонги. Сауната и парната баня се пускат по заявка. В стаята имаше доста неща за поправка, част от които веднага бяха отстранени, след като съобщихме
