Péssimo atendimento, cheguei a noite cansado de viajem com reserva confirmada e fui informado que nao tinha mais quartos na recepção, tive que procurar outro hotel pagando quase o dobro da estadia, a plataforma nao pode tratar um cliente desse maneira, inaceitável.
