Loved the location. Central to markets and fantasy island markets
No cleaners to empty bins, toilet rolls not replaced, did not top up sugar,tea bags and coffee throughout the stay. I did not expect to have a very low folded camp bed which I had to figure out how to unfold it and also put the bedding on. Myself or my son who is 22 could not sleep on it so had to share the same bed which was very uncomfortable. I will say staff was great
Perfect location for fantacy island
Only down side is that some pubs have load music till 12 pm
Stayed many times double room ki ngsize bed. No complaints

Problems with room which included broken front door lock on arrival, bathroom door would not shut and on 3rd day toilet flush broke and had to wait on room for 3 hours for maintenance to arrive and fix.

Staff were rude. No communication about an item I left behind. Called into to claim it back and apparently wasn’t there.
Location right in the middle of the things we wanted to do
Although there was a ceiling fan the room was too hot, despite it being cooler outside the window didn’t let in any fresh air
