Very pleasant stay
Pros:

Very pleasant staff.very helpful. Room Very comfortable spotlessly clean.brecfast good choices. Good location

Great location and friendly staff
Pros:

Great location. Friendly staff. Good entertainment for kids in the arcade area.

Cons:

Shower in the room was miserable. Very low pressure and temperature was sporadic. The swimming pool was so busy with swimming lessons at the time we visited. We weren't informed about the ongoing lessons. It made it difficult for guests to enjoy the pool.

Noise levels ridiculous, asked to be moved to quieter room which was accepted but same problem and house keeping banging on door at half 8 then every half hour after, and this is probably my 8th time being here but not sure if id go back

Clean, good location and a lot to do in the local area
Pros:

Location, room was comfortable and clean

Cons:

Had to pay for parking and as we stayed 2 night and came and went from hotel a number of times, we had a pretty heavy parking bill at the end

Abbiamo prenotato una camera per 4 e ci è stata assegnata una camera matrimoniale. Ci hanno chiesto il pagamento in anticipo. Pertanto siamo dovuti scendere alla reception per lamentarci della sistemazione. Solo dopo insistenze, ci è stata assegnata la camera prenotata sul sito, ossia una quadrupla. Ho trovato il personale poco qualificato.

Great hotel
Pros:

Restaurant was good and bedroom good size and clean.

Cons:

The hairdryer was very low power and cold. It took so long to attempt to dry my hair I had to leave it wet and in Ireland is not ideal. And my hair isn't particularly thick so this wasn't great.
