Cons:

Le bruit continue dans les couloirs durant tous le séjour, très mal isolé. Les enfants crient jusqu’à deux heures du matin et jouent dans le couloir et personne ne réagit.

Disappointing
Cons:

Asked for connecting rooms, there was a bed pushed against one of the connecting door which meant it could not open, defeated the purpose of connecting rooms.
Male member of staff came into room without permission, myself and my teenage daughters were very uncomfortable

We slept very poorly throughout our stay and did not enjoy our time at the hotel.
Pros:

Room and bed

Cons:

Staff spoke to us rudely and dismissively instead of addressing our concerns professionally.

Restaurant food was really nice as was restaurant manager. Enjoyable as always.
Pros:

Breakfast was good lots of variety and also catered for dietary requirements.

Cons:

The door of the bathroom was faulty resulting in one of us getting locked into the bathroom. After flushing the toilet there was quite a loud noise until cistern was full again. Marks what looked like nail varnish on the carpet .

Pros:

Beds were comfortable room was clean

Cons:

3 families travelling together as a treat for kids , only 2 of us together and the other far away which meant 2 kids were left out from hanging out ! The food in the restaurant was so poor and the prices were off the charts expensive , we finished eating and said we would bring them to the little arcade area the for total of 3 minutes there as everything shut down , so we would have an early night and then had night from hell there was something on on the hotel so extremely loud dance music until early hours I emailed to hotel to find out what time it would finish and still didn’t get a reply, and people talking outside our hotel rooms running up and down corridors and no one to monitor , the other family that were staying away from us had no remote in there room so rang down no one answered so she walked down and reception told her someone would bring a remote and no one did , was probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed in on terms of we were all exhausted next day.
