Love this hotel, but i am very disappointed and disgusted at they charging customers 12e a night for parking on top of your hotel stay. I paid 750e for 3 people for 2 nights bb, upon leaving they looked for 48e on top for both cars. This left a bitter taste for staying there again.
Shower soap never topped up in the pool changing rooms. I had to ask each time i went down to get them filled up.
Breakfast was great, pool was nice and clean, friendly staff in leisure centre. Parking was plentiful and good value.
For the price we paid for a family suite, having one double bed, and two fold out sofa beds wasn’t great. One of the sofa beds was well worn, lumpy and kind of broken. Which made it hard to sleep.
Very relaxed atmosphere, staff were brilliant
Room was clean until my daughter fell out of bed between the single and double. After that we pushed the beds together to avoid it happening again. This meant we got to see under the bed, it was full of dust, used plaster, hair ties and was disgusting. Put the request for a room tidy. For the second night, they did not clean the room or make the beds just added some new towels. Very disappointing. No tea bags.
Room was clean comfortable and had everything I needed except air conditioning. It had a stand alone fan.
TV needed to be turned off and on on a few occasions to get the TV channels. Hotel is next to busy duel carriage way so very noisy. No air conditioning in room.
I left Ireland in 2012 to live in London but the prices for even Dublin is bloody scandalous,
All my 5 children who were born in Dublin do not live there because of the cost of living
The hotel was comfortable
The hotel was excellent. The staff were helpful. The room was spacious and clean and very comfortable.
The location wasn't great but it didn't matter for us. It was difficult to understand how the transport worked. Hard to walk from the shopping centre where the bus dropped us off but that was alright in the end a 10 minute walk.
The most comfortable bed that I`ve slept in MAYBE EVER.
Great breakfast and location.
Love coming here.
There is really only a small handful of things I would say and that is that the location safety and the helpful staff.
A lot, including the issue with not having enough utilities in the room, room service not working every day, and many others. Also, they don’t tell you there are many other purchases including the swim cap fee of 12 euro because apparently the pool is owned by another company. That company, Club Vitae, provides classes to Dublin publicly in a very small pool, absolutely too small for classes much less the hotel. Also, there is no air conditioning or heat so if you run cold or hot, you must close the window or work the very loud, sorta useless fan. The room was small and certainly not worth the 177$ a night.
Staff eccezionale, colazione abbondante, camere pulite ed ampie
