Nothing at all, it was my worst ever experience with FabHotels.
The staff was so unreliable and COULDN'T CARE LESS FOR THEIR GUESTS, like we waited for an hour for our food, and guess at what time? 12am!! Like absolutely no one else was waiting for food except for us. The room was EXTREMELY untidy! Not even a speck of cleanliness could be found in those rooms, yes you heard it right, NOT ONE OUT OF THE FOUR ROOMS WE BOOKED WAS CLEAN! I was so done with the so-called "facilities" Of this hotel. I will NOT AT ALL IN A MILLION YEARS recommend this hotel to you. Don't go there, unless you want to be swamped in a pool of HOUSEFLIES in your HOTEL ROOM, with having to wait for bottled water! In your room. The bathroom was so bad and dirty, not even a towel was there unless you asked the staff A MILLION TIMES for it, and they gave it to you thousands of years later. We had to drink water from the bottles, since the staff was so careless they couldn't even manage to give us glasses after being asked to A GAZILLION TIMES.The so-called "restaurant" Was actually nothing but an ABSOLUTELY dirty and Extremely hot banquet, with MICE LITTER ALL OVER THE FLOORS AND THE SEATS, so bad but we managed to eat somehow (only because we were extremely tired by our journey). The Name of the hotel was even "THE ROSEMAN" and not the one on the website creating so many difficulties, I can't even begin to tell you how much. I am absolutely disappointed and would never recommend.

Pathetic Experience..
Firstly the location of the property is not exactly the same as the shared in location link of the booking.. neither the hotel staff is responding and supporting in searching out the hotel..
Upon check the staff behaviour was not good and rude..
The room was in pathetic condition i.e
Rusted shower, Rusted tap, Uprooted floor,
Stained walls, Stained Sofa, torn bedsheet, Flat Mattress, they don't Even have keys ready of the rooms.. I have to insert a metro card to turn on the main switch of the room..
AC is set at 16 degrees and does not have a remote to adjust room temperature..
Landline also not working every time we have to go down from 10th floor for every small things like water and glasses.. only 1 lift was working which is taking at 5-7 min..
Tried to connect to the fab hotel and booking.com customer support while checkin and during stay but not received a single response..
Overall it was a waste of money and time..
I have many more pics of that filthy room, but have only option of 4 to upload in this review
