LABnul50 self check-in hotel Groningen

Did not get confirmation that breakfast was reserved. Website irritating, with digital code you think you need already entered. Facilities are convenient and clean, self check in via website bothersome.

Geluid van de gang was hoorbaar, maar het was er heel rustig dus niet veel.

Ponía que teníamos baño privado y resulta que la habitación que nos tocó para 4 personas compartíamos baño con otras habitaciones.
En la habitación de 4 personas no había sistema de ventilación

Einchecken war sehr kompliziert, da ich mehrere Zimmer mit meiner E-Mail Adresse gebucht hatte. Immer wieder Zahlungsaufforderung, obwohl schon längst mit der Kreditkarte bezahlt

Getting access to the place was a little cumbersome and took me a while to figure out. In the end it wasn't all that complicated but a bit overexplained maybe? The real issue for me was that the blinds were broken. This resulted in not being able to darken the room nor open the window to let fresh air in. So basically I tried to sleep in a light and stuffy room. Also too bad that the cafe was not open in the weekend and no staff anywhere.

The check-in should have had screen shots to show exactly how to use the app to buzz into the gate, hotel and room.

I don’t like about the property thak there is no reception desk at all.At least one person should be there who will talk to you at least one day during you stay. Another thing I need to mention the property has huge security but for looking person you should always have to use your phone. For the first time when you will arrive the property, there should be a persona who can give a demo , how to lock and unlock the property, otherwise it creates difficulties for a amateur person like me. In hotel there should be one person who can interact with you any problem is occurring or not. There is a restriction for using showers during 12:00am to 5:00 am , I don’t find any reason for that.

Die Toilette hatte keinen Deckel, die Klospülung und auch die Haken waren aus Hufen und Knochen. Definitiv nicht nach meinem Geschmack

The self check in is always somewhat complicated. We could not sign into the app to get the code to retrieve our keys and had to call for support. This could be eliminated by directly mailing the code to the guests. Also the key fobs were very unreliable. Sometimes they work and sometimes not. I spend 5 min trying to open the front gate and my son couldn't get into his room because the battery in his key fob was dead.
Also more plates etc are needed for the self catering section.

Sehr laut, hat eher Judenherbergscharakter, alles sehr einfach! Ich hatte ein Klappbett. Bad klein, Spiegel bedruckt mit Buchstaben.

I wish there was more communication with the staff, who could explain everything how it works. Additionally, you need a phone all the time, which makes it uncomfortable to go with it to the shower and bathroom.
