Leuke plek voor goede prijs
Pros:

Het hotel ligt op ideale loopafstand van het centrum met veel eetgelegenheid in de buurt.
Het on-line contact verliep soepel, al waren het wel veel berichten vanaf de boeking tot en met het verzoek om een beoordeling. Het was in het donker even zoeken naar de ingang, maar het openen van de voordeur en kamerdeur ging in één keer goed, Kamer was grappig ingericht met een soort klimbed toren van hout en stijgerpijp. Heel leuk en stylish. Daaronder bureau met tv, koffie en thee apparaat. Allemaal dikke prima.
er was ook nog een leuk ingerichte "lounge" waar je kan zitten, een boek of een spelletje spelen, maar daar heb ik vanwege mn werkschema geen gebruik van gemaakt.

Cons:

De buren hadden waarschijnlijk eenzelfde stellage in de kamer. Dat hoorde ik toen ze blijkbaar rond een uur of één terugkwamen op hun kamer en ik daar wakker van werd. Het leek alsof er een familie met klompvoeten binnenkwam. Daarop heb ik mijn eigen lopen in de kamer ook aangepast om stil(ler) te zijn voor de buren toen ik smorgens vroeg weg ging.

vanwege mijn programma in de conferentieruimte in zelfde gebouw de volgende ochtend, kon de locatie niet beter!

Cons:

de koudeval vanuit het raam waar het bed naast stond maakte dat het bed minder snel warm werd...

Dat mijn vermoeidheidsklachten serieus genomen werk en ik een simpele sleutel kreeg waar ik geen code voor de hoteldeur hoefde te gebruiken

Cons:

Een extra deken op de kamer tegen de kou.
Betere verlichting op de kamer voor als je wilde lezen.
Met de kunst op de kamer vond ik het meer een gevangenis dan een hotelkamer, dus wat meer gezelligheid door middel van foto en planten of zo…

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt okay.
Pros:

Gute Lage zur Innenstadt. Einfach zu erreichen. Tiefgarage (16€ a 24h) in der Nähe.

Cons:

Sehr hoher Raum mit Hochbett und keine Lüftungsmöglichkeit: Im Winter ist der Raum unten kalt und oben zu warm mit trockener Heizungsluft.

Geen enkel menselijk contact maakte het kil en klinisch.

Het was al dagen glad in Groningen en bij binnenkomst was er niet gestrooid waardoor je een spekglad binnenplaats moest overwinnen om binnen te komen. Veel huisstofmijt in de kamer.

Unzumutbare Sanitärsituation und eine Zimmertür, welche sich nicht abschließen lies. Enttäuschend.

Die Terasse war ganz nett.

Cons:

Das Waschbecken lief nicht ab, das Wasser blieb drin. Die Wände im Bad waren fleckig. Sehr viel Kalk. Das Wasser in der Dusche war entweder extrem heiß oder eiskalt. Daher waren die Duschen katastrophal. Wir konnten unser Zimmer nicht abschließen. Es war offen, die Schlüsseltechnik funktionierte nicht. An der Rezeption ist nur sporadisch jemand. Wir waren alleine mit unseren Problemen. Der Refund der uns bei unserer vorzeitigen Abreise an der Rezeption zugesprochen wurde, hat uns trotz mehrfachen Kontakt zur Unterkunft und Booking.com niemals erreicht. Alles in allem eine absolut enttäuschende Erfahrung.
