Pros:

Eine schöne historische Atmosphäre, wunderschöne und ruhige Lage am Waldrand, herrlicher Ausblick, Zimmer und Bad war sehr sauber und ordentlich (neu renoviert). Gutes Frühstück mit frischen Produkten.
Ein hervorragendes Ristorante mit schöner Terrasse und herzlichen Ausblick direkt im Hotel.


Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Überraschend enttäuschend
Pros:

Das Zimmer war praktikabel eingerichtet - etwas verwinkelt aber für uns hat es gepasst.
Zudem war es sauber.

Cons:

Die wichtigste Information ist auf jeden fall dass das Hotel absolut nicht barrierefrei ist. Es gibt keinen Aufzug und die Treppen sind teilweise etwas uneben. Wichtig zu wissen für Menschen mit Gangunsicherheiten & ähnliches.
Wir haben frisch eingecheckt - ich wollte gerne duschen, die Seife in der Dusche als auch neben dem Waschbecken leer - also leer leer - da kam kein tropfen raus. Sollte bei 4 Sternen wahrlich nicht sein. Mein Mann ging darauf hin runter - Rezeption unbesetzt, ein Schild man sollte sich an das Restaurant wenden falls man etwas braucht. Wundervoll - die Kellner in eben diesem Restaurant komplett unfreundlich „was soll ich da jetzt machen“ war die Aussage des Personals - irgendwann hat sich dann jemand erbarmt uns Seife aufs Zimmer zu bringen.
Generell das Restaurant das zu dem Hotel gehört -2 Sterne
Ich wollte einen Aperitif trinken - nach 15min ignoriert werden bin ich wieder gegangen


Zusammenfassend:
Das Zimmer per se ist ok
Es gibt genau 5 Parkplätze die eigentlich durchgehend besetzt sind - das Personal teilweise extrem unfreundlich
Das Sahnehäubchen ist halt auch dass ich meinen Geburtstag dort verbracht habe und dramatisch enttäuscht war, Gastfreundlich kann man das nicht nennen
