Very disappointed with the Executive twin double room.
Pros:

Very disappointed ☹️.... I booked the Executive twin Double room. Tulisnya di description 3 beds (2 single & 1 queen) tetapi adanya hanya 1 queen bed. Malang nya saya booking untuk 3 orang jadi kami bertiga terpaksa berkongsi katil.. Jelasnya, bukan Salah hotel tetapi Salah di application booking.com ini. Jadi tolong selesaikan masalah ini takut terjadi kepada orang lain lagi.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. The location was very strategic and easy to find grab or gojek.

Cons:

The bed seems a bit worn out. So does the bedsheet. My first night the bed was making loud squeaking sound even with slight movement. Requested to change room the following night. Slightly better but still the squeaking sound occurs albeit lesser.

The original service attitude was very good, but because the itinerary needs to be checked out early, there was an advance notice and it was also notified on the website, reminding the hotel staff to help cancel, but the result ignored my message and did not cancel at all, which cost me 3 extra nights of accommodation fee. Not responding to messages at all sucks

I enjoy staying here the staff very friendly and helpful however my bed sheet very crumple and not really clean . X.
