The staff are ace!
Pros:

We stayed here for a night on the way to Venice Airport as the price was good. It turned out that we made a great decision, the rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable and the staff were really super friendly and helpful. When we told the manager we would be leaving early in the morning and would miss breakfast he prepared a takeaway for us before we went to bed. Before we left in the morning the chef made sure we didn't leave without a nice strong espresso! Highly recommended affordable option in San Vendemiano.

Service is welcoming, property is in need of refurbishment
Pros:

Great people and service, only too welcome to help out, but the rooms are old and tired, the food and breakfast is OK, with a fairly good supply of locals coming for a caffe and a beer, but staying here is getting what you pay for.

Lovely staff
Pros:

We stayed there on our way back from Tuscany and it is ideal for a stopover. Although on a main road it was not that noisy and we slept well. The room was clean and the food a very good standard. The staff were lovely and were keen to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. Free parking in front of the hotel
