Ho pagato anticipato DUE NOTTI 701 LEI Non ho pernottato per questi motivi: dopo 4 ore di guida stanco arrivato alla struttura ci sono due barriere una pagamento altra gestita da un altro hotel , telefonando alla struttura mi veniva detto che dove fare check in da un altra parte , ho aspettato in vano circa 40 minuti il personale a 200 metri da me' non è venuto in contro ad aprire la barriera , IN OLTRE HO FATTO RICHIESTA DEL RIMBORSO NON MI E STATO DATO . ESSENDO 15 AGOSTO NON C'ERA UNA CAMERA DA NESSUNA PARTE , ABBIAMO GIROVAGATO CON L AUTO PER ORE POI PER FORTUNA HO TROVATO ALLE ORE 24 UNA . PESSIMA ESPERIENZA RIMETTERCI 140 euro SPERIAMO VIVAMENTE CHE BOOKING INTERVENGA GRAZIE.
