Fantastic experience at this hotel, great vibes.
Pros:

We loved everything about this hotel, the online photos don’t do it justice. The staff were very friendly and the family run nature gave it a lovely feel. Breakfast spread was good, shuttle service to the ski lift was very efficient. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Cons:

If you want to ski on the day you check out no showering facilities. However, did have lockers to house our stuff for the morning.

Pros:

The breakfast was all homemade, changing everyday, and very delicious! The staff were all very lovely and helpful. The rooms were spacious, comfy, clean and had a nice balcony. The ski lockers were a nice touch and the best part was the free parking and shuttle to the mountain! They even had a nice little bar onsite :) Easy walk into town.

Cons:

It would be nice to have the sauna included in the price of the reservation, but that was the only thing that could be improved on!

Wonderful, thank you. We would definitely stay again.
Pros:

It has a great location, very close to the bus station and to town.
Run by wonderful people, nothing was too much trouble.
Lovely room, comfy beds, super clean, lovely decor, beautiful hotel, great breakfast. They offer a shuttle service to the bottom of the ski lift each day.
A trip to the Skyway was fabulous and a trip to the Spa in St Didier was also well worth it on the free winter bus.
We had a lovely time.

I was so grateful to have several days to enjoy the ambience, the sauna after skiing, and the sense of being in an art m
Pros:

We loved our stay here. Patricia and her family have put so much love and care into their hotel. It is apparent from the delicious food, excellent service, handcrafted art throughout, and the comfort and warmth of the rooms. It didn’t feel like a hotel room, so homey and tasteful. Really loved our stay in this unique and lovely setting.

Well located and cosy with very comfortable rooms. We will be back!
Pros:

Such a charming property and we loved it from the second we set foot in the lobby. Easy to park, so well organised for a ski holiday with your own ski locker and boot dryer as well as a private shuttle to the lifts.
Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. You could tell that there were repeat visitors and it was a very comfortable place to spend the evening after a long day of skiing.

Cons:

Nothing, we would love to come back.

Oltre le aspettative
Pros:

Posizione perfetta perchè facilmente raggiungibile sia in macchina che a piedi. A due passi dal centro ma non proprio nel traffico e nel rumore. Colazione meravigliosa, assortita, curatissima e con dolci di grande qualità.
Tutto nella struttura parla di attenzione e amore anche per il più piccolo dettaglio.
Il personale super accogliente e disponibile. Siamo entusiasti

Ed essendo periodo invernale l'hotel offre: rimessa sci con asciugatura scarponi e armadietti con chiave, navetta continua per/da cabinovia.

Good hotel made great by the staff and owners.
Pros:

The hotel is a 3 minute walk from the town centre and they run a very efficient shuttle bus service to the cable car for skiing, it’s very comfortable and welcoming, log fire in the lounge where you’re surrounded by Alpine decor. All the staff were friendly, very welcoming and efficient.
