Pros:

A brand new hotel, @ 1km from harbour and a couple of hundred metres from the main pagoda. Small but spacious rooms (double-height ceilings). Courtesy pick-up/drop-off at harbour. The owners compensate their total lack of English with an incredible eagerness to communicate. They are not only friendly and kind: they are good people.
