The Perfect little cabin escape
Pros:

The location was perfect walking distance to everything. It is close enough to Main Street and yet tucked off of Main Street to allow for peace and quiet. The stream is a short walk away offering another element of peaceful time. The box of provided firewood was perfect and added cozy warmth to the cabin. The owners responded quickly every time we reached out to them. The kitchenette had everything we needed. It was absolutely lovely!

Pros:

There was no breakfast. Very quiet Ok bed

Cons:

The floor in the bathroom was really slanted. Place was smaller than a regular hotel room. Under the bed was about 1/4” of dust & dirt. I know we were there in the off season, and we felt that throughout the town. Definitely not a romantic get away

Overall good but for the price OFF-SEASON I expected more.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Convenient. Beds comfy.

Cons:

Didn't know there was a breakfast (may not have been but they suggest here there was), one little piece of soap, no shampoo, conditioner, and a suggestion that I have to do dishes (I didn't use any) was a big turnoff.

The best three day stay in Red River. I highly recommend The Three Bears Lodge.
Pros:

Neat, clean, comfortable, convenient, excellent location!!

Cons:

Door knob -- the door knob was wimpy at best. Also it was difficult to unlock. The door knob/lock needs a major upgrade in my opinion.

RR and 3 Bears is worth a return visit.
Pros:

Well appointed kitchen and whole apartment. The beds were super comfortable and plenty of hot water. Heating worked well. In the center of Main Street, it was close to restaurants and one of the chair lifts. Good parking.

Cons:

An upgrade to toilet paper, Kleenex and paper towel would give this a 10.
