Super Hotel, immer wieder gerne
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer - gemütlich, schön und sauber, das Frühstück - super und die Lage des Hotels an sich - einfach perfekt. Hinter dem Hotel gibt es auch einen Parkplatz für die Hotelgäste.

Hjälpsam personal, nära till restauranger. Det var det enda som var bra!

Cons:

Hur kan man kalla detta rullstolsanpassat??? Rummet var väldigt litet, det gick inte att komma mellan sängen och väggen. Tvättfatet var alldeles för högt upp. Hur kan en person i rullstol tvätta sig där som inte kan stå upp?

One star at best. Soviet style grade inflation.

Air con didn't work. Unfriendly service. Institutional feel. Such a strange - and unhomely - hotel.

Получили массу положительных эмоций от персонала и от города.
Pros:

Очень понравился отель. Персонал прекрасный и отзывчивый. Старались помочь по любому вопросу. Завтраки без излишеств но все необходимое было. Все делалось быстро и без суеты. Номер точно такой как и ожидали, все чисто убрано. В душевой что очень понравилось (и не всегда бывает в других отелях) был и шампунь и кондиционер хорошего качества. У нас нет претензий к отелю.

Cons:

Единственное -холодильник очень плохо охлаждал.

Pros:

The hotel staff were simply lovely. They were so helpful and considerate. The location of the hotel is wonderful, particularly if you're traveling from the bus station or the train station. I was very comfortable and appreciative of all the work the staff put in.

Perfekte Lage direkt im Stadtzentrum. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und bemüht, auf die Wünsche der Gäste einzugehen. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, gemütlich und komfortabel. Besonders praktisch ist der Parkplatz im Innenhof. Insgesamt ein hervorragender Aufenthalt.
