I recently had a stay at your hotel and would like to share some feedback regarding the check-in process. I noticed that guests are only allowed to enter the hotel premises after making the full payment in advance. In my opinion, this approach can come across as unwelcoming and may not reflect the level of hospitality guests usually expect.

If my feedback can help bring a change in this practice, I believe it would enhance the overall guest experience. Trust and comfort go a long way in building a lasting relationship with customers.

Pros:

That was very very bad experience stay Sartaz hotel owner was used abused language the old very very discounted to me & told after payment they was not refund your money & you want refund your money they have used bull sheet languages. I said I will be completion your against & he told it’s ok. I have no issues.
