Os colaboradores são muito gentis e solícitos, recebendo os hóspedes com muito carinho, atenção e alegria. Na recepção, Maiele se destaca pela leveza e cordialidade. O senhor responsável por receber os hóspedes e orientar o estacionamento (perdoem, não gravei o nome), é gentilíssimo e está sempre pronto a apoiar durante a estadia. Nota dez !!!

Cons:

Devido às condições ambientais da região e à arquitetura do hotel (muito agradável e aconchegante, com bastante madeira natural), sugiro que nas épocas mais úmidas sejam colocados nos apartamentos aqueles aparelhos de filtragem do ar, para controlar a proliferação de ácaros e de fungos (que liberam esporos). Ficaria perfeito! Embora alguns aparelhos de ar condicionado tenham essa função, o uso permanente faz um serviço mais efetivo.
