La atención en recepción es maravillosa y cercana, muy amables y resolutivos . El hotel es un encanto , en general todo de maravilla
Abbiamo scelto l'hotel come base per spostarsi nelle zone di interesse vicine e per la posizione in un paese molto carino e tranquillo, fuori dalle rotte turistiche. Nerja a 10 minuti, Malaga a 50 minuti, Granada a 1 ora.

Tolles Hotel, sehr gepflegt, guter Duft überall. Nettes kleines Pool. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet.

Nothing bad to say
The room was reasonable but the air conditioning was poor and noisy.
No railing in the bath/shower and it was very slippery. Poor and noisy air conditioning.
No parking available immediately outside the hotel. I am disabled and use a wheelchair so this made life more difficult when arriving and leaving.
If it's not possible to have bar service at the pool a vending machine with drinks and snacks would be appreciated I am sure.
Importantly the messages about the cyber communications leak were very unsettling. I think they should have been in other languages. I understand Spanish, but many of the guests did not.
Alles was netjes en goed geregeld bij het hotel. Het ontbijt was goed en de kamers waren schoon. De receptionisten stonden altijd klaar om je ergens bij te helpen.
Er zijn relatief weinig bedjes bij het zwembad, waardoor je er soms niet kan liggen als je niet op tijd bent.
Muy limpio todo, el personal muy amable, el desayuno muy completo. Muy bien ubicado cerca de Nerja.

We had a lovely stay in Frigiliana. The hotel was very cosy. Super clean and comfortable with a nice balcony and the view. Breakfast was ok. Hotel service was very nice. I really recommend staying in this hotel. :)
Maybe just a noise due to the festival that took place during our stay.
Nos gustó todo , empezando por el personal que nos han tratado de maravilla, el desayuno muy bien, la habitación con unas vistas preciosas , la piscina un poquitín pequeña pero para darte un chapuzón y refrescarte perfecta .
Por poner algo, que se nos acabara las vacaciones.. Jijiji 🤭. Saludos desde Alicante 🙋🏼♀️

No hot breakfast
The staff were very helpful. We had a late flight and needed to request a very early morning check in. They were very obliging and went the extra mile for us. The location is fabulous with tremendous views from the terrace. Everything was to hand, shops, restaurants, cafes and the historic village, all within walking distance. A good breakfast.
The pool area gets a bit busy and we found we never could get a sun lounger as they didn't have enough availability.
