Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The bar is very comfortable and pleasant, and the breakfast room is lovely. Our room was beautiful and spacious. The location by the river is brilliant - you can walk to Abbotsford if you like!

Cons:

The restaurant area could do with a bit more character, and my daughter would have liked a few more vegetarian options.
