Gute Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war für 18€ ok, aber nicht überragend.
Abendessen im Restaurant war top! Zimmer klein, aber absolut ok.

Cons:

Im Restaurant ist die 0,4l Cola teuer als das 0,4l Pils? Warum??
Frühstücksraum morgens so stark gelüftet dass es wirklich kalt war.

Das Hotel liegt in Hörweite zur Autobahn. Die Zimmer Deluxe sind sehr durchschnittliche Doppelzimmer. Eher zu teuer.

Nie wieder!

Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung, ausreichend groß und die Matratzen sehr bequem.
Das Personal beim Frühstück und die Reinigungskräfte der Zimmer waren sehr, sehr freundlich, aber die Chefs haben alles kaputt gemacht.

Cons:

Ich kenne das Hotel schon Jahrzehnte - früher (vor über 25 Jahren) gab es dort im Restaurant die beste Holzofenpizza der Gegend. Nun war ich auf Heimatbesuch und zum ersten Mal Gast im Hotel A66- und auch zum letzten Mal.
In diesem Hotel weiß die eine Hand nicht was die andere tut und der Kunde muss es ausbaden. Der Mitarbeiter, der uns am Abend eingecheckt hat, hat uns glaubhaft versichert, dass das Frühstück am nächsten Tag mit dabei sei, obwohl ich ihm sagte, dass ich das nicht explizit habe. Gut, also am nächsten Morgen zum Frühstück und dann beim Auschecken die böse Überraschung. 36 Euro extra für das kleine Frühstück.

Als ich fragte, wie das sein könnte, wo der Kollege das am Abend glaubhaft versichert hat, war die Antwort: "Der Kollege war zu dieser Aussage nicht befugt, es gilt, was auf der Buchung steht." Woher soll ich als Kunde sehen, welcher Mitarbeiter welche Befugnis hat? Aufgrund der Nachfrage wurde der ältere Herr (scheinbar Inhaber) laut und sagte, dass wegen Leuten wie meiner Familie und mir die Gastro kaputt gemacht würde. Wenn ich das nicht zahlen wolle, dann soll ich gehen und niemals wiederkommen.

Ich arbeite selbst im Marketing und wäre auch bereit gewesen z.B. ein Frühstück von zweien zu zahlen. Aber der aggressive Chef hat keinerlei Schuld bei sich gesehen und so habe ich das Hausverbot dankend angenommen und werde den Fall an die Dehoga in Hessen melden.

Top Personal. Liegt sicher am Chef. Da sieht man was Freundlichkeit Toleranz und Liebe zur Aufgabe alles erreichen kann. Danke für den guten Service.
Abendessen und das Personal ebenfalls super.

Cons:

Logistisch war die Lage optimal für uns, aber die Nähe der A66 lässt ein dauerhaftes Öffnen des Fensters nicht zu

Food was delicious. Staff were extremely friendly and willing to please. VERY clean.

Cons:

No USB ports in the room, could use brighter lighting, bed was a little too firm, but service was EXCELLENT!
