cheguei com o recepcionista me alertando de um problema com a água, mas que até as 19h estaria resolvido. fiquei o primeiro dia inteiro sem água. nem a privada pude usar... quase meia noite, percebi um pouco de água na torneira e fui tentar tomar banho, mas os registros do chuveiro caíram em minhas mãos. tanto da agua fria quanto da agua quente. tive que trocar de quarto altas horas da noite. fui para fazer um concurso público, mas mal consegui descansar a noite, pois não pode usar o banheiro nem tomar banho...

Pros:

Fiquei hospedado no Hotel San Bernardino em Guaramirim e gostei bastante. O lugar é simples, mas bem organizado e aconchegante. O quarto estava limpo, com ar-condicionado funcionando direitinho e Wi-Fi bom.
O café da manhã foi muito bom, com várias opções — ótimo pra começar o dia. A localização também ajuda bastante, fácil de chegar e perto do que a gente precisa.
O atendimento foi outro ponto positivo: pessoal educado e sempre disposto a ajudar. Para quem vai de carro, o estacionamento facilita muito.
No geral, vale a pena — bom custo-benefício e uma estadia tranquila. Recomendo!
