Fiyat bu odaya aşırı pahalı.
Çalışanlar da gündüz olan kişi çok canlı destek olmaya çalışıyor akşam resepsiyondaki kişi çok soğuk asık suratlı.
Hiç beğenmedim oteli.

yine heidelberg’e gelsem yine burayı seçerim.
Pros:

Konumu şahane, oda manzarası muhteşem… çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve nazik. fıyat performans çok iyi. old town’un içinde. bir daha gelsem yine aynı otelde konaklarım.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht .
Pros:

Uns hat es gut gefallen .Von der Lage her war es optimal ,da wir an Silvester auf dem Schiff Königin Silvia waren .Das konnten wir gut per Fuß erreichen.

Estafa - el hotel que nos dieron no es el de las fotos
Pros:

Lo único bueno fue la ubicación. Pagamos por el hotel de las fotos y nos enviaron a unos cuartos en otro edificio sin recepción, muy pequeños y muy feos.

Espero mínimamente un reembolso de una parte del monto abonado.

Cons:

Todo fue mal. El personal tardó 25 minutos en encontrar la reserva, es falso que tienen parking, no nos dieron un cuarto en el hotel que reservamos sino en un edificio anexo. Definitivamente una estafa.

Adequate for our short stay.
Pros:

Staff was more than helpful. Room very clean.

Cons:

Not enough storage for 2 adults. Only room for one suitcase rack. Room smaller than pictures depicted.
