Good hotel in Heidelberg
Pros:

Comfortable room near the Alte Bruecke! Easy walk to the Altstadt,

Cons:

Hard to find and drive to in Altstadt. Staff was confused when I arrived because their system was down and could not find my reservations, Had to check in at the coffee shop. Parking is five or six blocks away in a city Parkhaus. Stairs - no elevator. Very tiny bath, but functional! Never saw hotel staff- all business was completed with the baristas in the coffee shop.

Enjoyed it but the staff need to be more visible.
Pros:

Location excellent. Room large and comfortable, and well-equipped.

Cons:

Generally half-arsed approach. Self check-in irritating-why can't you just email a room code? Never saw any member of staff. Hard to find, the Goldener Hecht name should be more prominent. Kettle provided but no coffee/milk.

Sehr schön in Heidelberg, ich komme bestimmt mal wieder

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr gut vor allem zentraler geht es nicht alles fußläufig erreichbar in man ist quasi direkt in der Stadt näher oder zentraler geht es eigentlich gar nicht

Die Unterkunft war ok. Im Bad hat es geschimmelt.

Cons:

Schimmel, fenster war nicht gut händelbsr. Spinnweben. Matrazen nicht gut.

Good accommodation in a lovely town.
Pros:

Our room was comfortable with a wonderful view.

Cons:

We were booked in by email, everything is on line. Fortunately we met two ladies, member of staff who helped us - they were very good but there is no-one on reception etc so it is very impersonal.
Breakfast is not included but there were good cafes nearby.

Immer wieder sehr nett mit kleinen Abstrichen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist einmalig.
Frühstück haben wir nicht genommen.
Das Haus hat viel Atmosphäre!

Cons:

Der Teppichboden im Zimmer ist voller Flecken.
Keine Person mehr am Empfang...

Die Lage war gut, zentral.

Cons:

Die Seifenspender waren leer (im den beiden Zimmern). Kein Personal vor Ort, die hätte informiert werden können. Ich habe Verständniss, dass man auf tägliche Zimmer Reinigung verzichtet, aber gänzlich darauf zu verzichten geht nicht. Es gab keine offensichtliche Möglichkeit jemanden vom Hotel zu erreichen/kontaktieren. Die Nummer bei der Reception, da hob keiner ab.

Die tolle Lage, unschlagbar und das sehr freundliche Personal.

Cons:

Wir waren bei 35 Grad in Heidelberg und da hat die Klimaanlage gefehlt (das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau)
