Boa estrutura e localização, mas falhas no atendimento e cobranças indevidas comprometeram a experiência.

Quarto limpo, espaçoso e confortável.
O hotel também conta com uma boa localização, o que facilita bastante a estadia.

Cons:

O café da manhã deixou muito a desejar, com pouca variedade. Os pães estavam duros, o cuscuz seco e, inclusive, o mamão servido estava estragado, o que é inaceitável.

O atendimento também foi falho. Durante a noite, tentei solicitar bebidas pelo telefone do quarto diversas vezes, mas não fui atendida e precisei descer até o restaurante para buscar.
Peguei cinco cervejas, mas consumi apenas duas; as outras três permaneceram no frigobar do quarto e não foram consumidas nem levadas comigo.

No check-out, expliquei a situação.
O recepcionista chegou a entrar em contato com a gerente, mas, segundo as regras do hotel e a forma como decidiram proceder, não foi possível retirar a cobrança. Acabei pagando por itens que não consumi, pois estava atrasada para um compromisso e não pude insistir.

Me senti lesada, tanto pela cobrança indevida quanto pela falta de atenção ao cliente.
Faltou bom senso para resolver uma situação simples, o que demonstra um atendimento pouco cuidadoso com o hóspede.
