A true hidden gem of Bali
This resort is, without a doubt, the finest property in the Karangasem area — and one of the most remarkable places I’ve had the pleasure of staying at in all of Bali.
From the moment you arrive, it’s clear this is a five-star experience in every sense. The property is peaceful and beautifully maintained, offering a rare sense of quiet and total relaxation that’s becoming harder and harder to find on the island.
The resort has two stunning restaurants, both exceptional — the food is genuinely delicious, beautifully presented, and the overall dining experience is something you don’t easily forget. Service throughout the property runs 24 hours a day at an impressively high standard, yet what makes it truly special is that every single staff member is warm, genuine, and friendly. It never feels formal — it feels like being looked after by people who truly care.
The views of Mount Agung are breathtaking and available from multiple spots across the resort, including a wonderful bar that makes for a perfect place to watch the volcano at sunset. And then there’s the infinity pool — it stretches toward the horizon, with water cascading over the edge as if merging with the sky and the mountains beyond. Simply unforgettable.
I’m genuinely grateful I discovered this place. It’s one of Bali’s true hidden gems, and I recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking to experience the island at its most beautiful and serene. I wish this resort all the success and recognition it deserves — it has earned every bit of it.

Wonderful and relaxing stay in east Bali
Pros:

Great staff and beautiful facilities. We really appreciated the villa upgrade we received at arrival.
The staff was very kind and competent and went the extra mile to make our stay even greater.
The included breakfast was very good.

Милые девушки-сотрудницы помогали нам по любому вопросу, вплоть до размена и обмена наличных
Территория небольшая, но очень красивая и уютная
Недалеко от пляжа Вирджин и водного дворца Титра Ганг
Мы были с семьей 2взр и 2 ребенка 7 и 9 лет
Для перезагрузки на 2-3 дня идеально!

Немного расстроились, что нет для общего пользования лежака -гамака, все остальное супер

Highly Recommend. Ost-Bali abseits des Trubels

Die Poolvilla war ein Traum. Schön geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal war so aufmerksam und haben unseren Aufenthalt zu was besonderem gemacht. :) der Ausblick war ein Traum.

Un séjour court mais tellement apaisant ! Le personnel est à la hauteur du lieu : accueillant et efficace, elles ont su nous faire découvrir leur culture à travers les différents moments de la journée.

Pros:

The staff is amazing, nice, funny, attentive and problem solvers, all, from reception and waiters to the massage service, incredibly relaxed but efficient
