Pas grand chose.

Cons:

Trop bruyant. Chambre sur la route principale. Probleme de douche donc dans l' obligation d' utiliser la salle de bains commune dans le corridor.

A pleasant stopover
Pros:

We were warmly welcomed to the hotel and pub. The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our evening meal (note that last orders were taken at quite an early time) and a generous full Scottish breakfast.

Cons:

The room and bathroom were a little small.

Perfect place to lay our heads the night before attending a wedding just up the road.
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic, freshly cooked to order as well as cereal, yogurts, toast and tea/coffee/juice to help yourself too. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Very helpful and able to provide an iron when we requested.

Cons:

Faint smell of stale smoke in the room, suspect it might have seeped in from outside or elsewhere in the building rather than people were smoking in the room. Didn't affect the stay and I do have a very keen sense of smell.

Everything. People vaping in the bar area on our arrival. We did not even bother to check in. A waste of money. It is a run-down pub. Not a Hotel as advertised. We do not understand all the seemingly superb reviews. Where do they come from?
