Bilik berbau hapak. Tidak ada wangi bilik. Tidak disediakan tuala. Kemudahan mandian hanya sabun cecair shj. Cadar, sarung tilam dan bantal tidak dibersihkan baik. Tuala tiada. KEMUDAHAN TIDAK BERBALOI DAN HARGA MAHAL TIDAK SEBANDING HARGA YANG SEPERTI SEBUAH APARTMENT. Tuala tidak disediakan. Sabun tidak cukup.
