Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Reception is far from room. For senior citizens not worth it for walking from room to reception. Breakfast not at same lot.. 😞

Pros:

Good location for students. Quite central.

Cons:

Not what i expected, despite the convenience. The room is dirty, i can see thick dust on the floor and dead bugs on the wall. Aircond and fan remotes not functioning.Toilet was not well cleaned. Sorry, not value for money

I wasted my money bcs of lack of security. I dont feel secure to stay.
Pros:

Location is great. Easy access to mostly everything.

Cons:

The security is absolutely terrible. No receptionist at the lobby, the front door, gate cannot be locked. And the room locked is literally just a doorknob lock & the curtains is translucent. I booked for 3 nights but didn’t even stayed for a night.
